My Green Garden holds regular small group and fully hands-on preserving workshops on topics such as The Age Old Art of PreservingGrowing Vegetables; Safe Preserving Techniques; Preserving Seasonal Produce such as Olives;  Artisan Pasta making; and other traditional Italian preserving methods, such as making Tomato Passata and Sausages and Salami. Many of these topics are seasonal, so if you missed out this year, please add your details to the watch list to be notified as soon as new dates are announced.
